Hotels Renovation Solution delivered a comprehensive renovation of the Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest, a 202-suite, 7-story full-service hotel in Marietta, Georgia. Located just off I-75 near Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta, the property required a full-scale modernization to meet Hyatt’s evolving brand standards and elevate the guest experience.

Scope of Work

• Full Guestroom Renovation — Complete transformation of all 202 suites including new finishes, FF&E across separate bedroom and living areas
• Soft Bathroom Renovation — Updated vanities, lighting, mirrors, and fixtures in all guest bathrooms
• TrueFlat Ceiling Installation — Precision-installed TrueFlat ceiling systems in every guestroom for a clean, modern aesthetic
• Lobby & Public Space Renovation — Soft renovation of lobby walls and ceilings, new FF&E, and custom millwork by TrueCraft Millwork & Stone
• Public Area Upgrades — Refreshed corridors, atrium dining area, conservatory lounge, buffet station, and meeting spaces
