Before you begin

Exterior project questions.

Can you build a new hotel porte-cochère?

Yes. We review new porte-cochère and entrance canopy projects, as well as replacements and renovations. The final scope and price depend on drawings, existing conditions, structural requirements and the approvals needed for your property.

Can we discuss only a canopy or parapet project?

Yes. Send the property location and the scope you are considering. We can discuss a standalone exterior project or a larger renovation that combines canopies, parapets, façade finishes and painting.

Our company is in California. Can you work on our hotel elsewhere?

Yes. We work with owners and management teams based across the United States. This service focuses on hotel projects on the East Coast, across the Midwest and South, and west through Arizona. Tell us where the hotel is located so we can confirm project fit and scheduling.

Can the hotel remain open during exterior work?

We discuss construction sequencing, entrance access, deliveries and work areas with your operating team. Temporary closures or access changes depend on the scope, site conditions and required safety measures; these are addressed during planning.

What do you need to start pricing the project?

Start with the hotel city and state, your intended scope and target timing. A PIP, drawings, existing-condition photos or finish requirements help us identify the next steps and what is needed for a preliminary budget or a detailed bid.
